Ethel & Bethel have always thought of themselves as closet ballerinas. Together they have been practicing at the barre and perfecting their plies in all positions. They’ve spun themselves to a stand still with their pirouettes and have entered into creative choreography with gusto.

Ethel & Bethel’s night time beauty routine sees them setting their hair, applying generous amounts of Oil of Ooooolay and giving the old dentures a jolly good scrub. Then it’s on with the winceyette and brunch coat. A cup of tea and a spot of knitting rounds out the evening nicely.

There’s nothing quite like a spot of lawn bowls to get the blood pumping! Ethel & Bethel can often be found on the green bowling up a storm. They’ve become quite adept at the blocker, toucher and changing ends. Getting the stains out of their bowling whites is another story entirely.
